At that time, the firm was a subsidiary of a holding group called L&P (an Irish based company). The firm was incorporated in January 1988 and gained FIMBRA authorisation and subsequently FSA authorisation in December 2001. In July 1997 the firm demerged from L&P and became a subsidiary company of Corlea Limited wholly owned by the Senior Directors. In May 2009, a capital restructure led to the acquisition of 100% share capital by Perspective Financial Group Limited (PFGL). Following acquisition by PFGL, the existing Chief Executive, Peter Murray and Managing Director, Louise Claro continue to manage the business in exactly the same way as before ensuring delivery of a client focused service to meet their needs. The Booths Park complex is a state of the art office suite set in the grounds of Booths Hall. The Hall is one of the regions finest Georgian country houses, originally built in 1745 and now fully restored.
