Multiplex Healthtrust Karen is responsible for the delivery of administrative and servicing support to Trustees and members of bespoke Health Trust arrangements set up by Multiplex. Responsible for the day to day administration of the Department, her role is to ensure her team manage client’s needs ranging from claims handling and membership servicing through to meeting Scheme Trustee reporting requirements. With over 10 years industry experience in the healthcare marketplace, Karen is also able to provide innovative solutions to clients with insured based alternatives as well as Trust based Schemes and provide a whole of market review of options available to meet client’s needs.
